Julia Hyndman-Helmkamp
Bodyworker, Artist, Coach, Founder of Tulip Tree Collective
Julia Hyndman-Helmkamp is the founder and director of Tulip Tree Collective — a space where healing, creativity, and community meet. Her roots are in Traditional Thai medicine, and she has spent nearly 10 years studying and practicing bodywork with a focus on supporting the body’s natural capacity to restore balance. Julia is a Licensed Massage Therapist and offers Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork at her Tulip Tree location, including prenatal sessions and Somatic Stress Release. She blends the principles of Traditional Thai medicine with modern approaches to nervous system care. Her work is ADA-accessible and deeply client-centered, meeting each person exactly where they are. Beyond her bodywork, Julia is an artist and painter, bringing her love for creative expression into her work with groups and community events. She teaches, facilitates, and curates experiences that invite others to reconnect with their bodies, express themselves, and feel at home in community.
Julia's Story:
My work began as a deeply personal journey of healing. For years, I carried fear and pain that kept me small — and I also carried a longing for freedom, creativity, and wholeness. After earning my BFA in Fine Art, my path led me to the study of Traditional Thai Massage and Somatic Bodywork. These practices were transformational — they helped me feel at home in my body and taught me what it means to be truly present. From that moment, I knew I wanted to help others find this same sense of belonging and possibility.
Today, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Tulip Tree Collective. I am an artist, group facilitator, and teacher — creating spaces where movement, art, and community come alive. My work invites collaboration. I can guide you toward ease, embodiment, and expression, but real transformation blooms when you participate fully. Together, we create change that can ripple into every part of your life.

Tara Moeller
Community Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist
Tara Moeller is IBC's resident yoga specialist! She is our community yoga facilitator and is excited to be on the growth journey with IBC!. Tara has been practicing yoga for over five years and has immersed herself in the work having felt the healing power of it herself.
Tara specializes in trauma-informed yoga of all levels. With over 1000 hours of Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and pre/postnatal training and experience she can teach students of all levels within one class. Tara honors the space of each individual student, in every class, in a welcoming and whimsical way! Come as you are with a favorite yoga mat! Each individual person brings their own lived experiences, which our body stores on a cellular level. Students are welcome to share as much, or as little, about where they are arriving from as desired.
Yoga Therapy is a medically adjacent form of healing, pulling in both Eastern and Western practices for a whole-body witness approach to clinical autonomy. Yoga is, by definition, the purest form of self-study.Feedback from careseekers is a pertinent part of this co-collaboration. Although a lot goes without saying, building a relationship of trust and autonomy is of the utmost importance. Tara’s teacher instilled in her training that, “I, Tara, am a Yoga Therapist, but you are your own Yoga Therapist first” Dani - Pranayoga Institute of Yoga & Holistic Healing.

Chariee Reason
MSW, LCSW, Angel Reiki Practitioner
Chariee is IBC's resident Soul Healer/Awakener. She started this journey five years ago when her beloved mama died in 2019 after a long battle stemming from complications from a heart attack. "When she died, my world stopped. I just knew my demise was imminent as well. My mom was my rock, my foundation and I felt lost without her loving and wise guidance. In 2019, I was working in hospice as a bereavement counselor where I helped families navigate the painful journey of grief, but now I was the one in need of comfort and solace. I felt the emotional, mental and physical weight of grief and it was overwhelming.
As I sought to understand my own grief, several individuals entered my life that would transform it forever. I was introduced to energy healing via a friend who had been practicing reiki for many years and explained how reiki can help soothe the emotional pain. And it did. It did that and so much more. Energy work helped me to better myself, my grief and how to continue to move forward and honor my grief and my mom in a meaningful way."
