Suggestion: If you feel called to do so please bring in a focal point such as a picture, plant, stuffed animal, flower, rock, crystal, miniature statue or anything you feel called to bring. This is your invitation to do so!

About the Event: This is a guided healing art workshop where you will be using implements provided by your hosts. The goal of this time is to connect to a deeper part of you that need expressing and letting that happen through art. There will be guided embodiment practices incorpaorated throughout the creative arts process to assist you in finding, connecting, and releasing what cannot be expressed in words and needs released. This does not have to be a negative thing - it can be a happy thing! Maybe expressing joy about something you didn't think you could connect to. Each experience is individual and we invite you to be open to the process and release what is meant to be released for you during this experience.
