Suggestion: If you feel called to do so please bring in a focal point such as a picture, plant, stuffed animal, flower, rock, crystal, miniature statue or anything you want to bring. This is your invitation to do so!

About the Event: This is a guided healing art workshop where you will be using implements provided by your hosts. The goal of this time is to connect to a deeper part of you that need expressing and letting that happen through art. There will be guided embodiment practices incorporated throughout the creative arts process to assist you in connecting to what cannot be expressed in words. Throughout your work there will be opportunities to express, release, and give rise to emotions, thoughts and feelings - ranging from heavy and dark to light and bright.  Maybe expressing something you didn't think you could connect to. Each experience is individual and we invite you to be open to the process. You may even be surprised at what you let go of and what you create with this method!
