Painting with a Twist Partnership

I am super excited to be partnering with Painting with a Twist to combine art as a form of expression with deep embodiment practices. I will be facilitating embodiment practices during the painting experience through the use of breathwork, guided meditations and connective experiences. We will incorporate two to three practices lasting approximately five to eight minutes at specific points during the painting. The purpose of these practices is to help you be more grounded and present in the moment, reduce stress, and relax both the mind and body to more fully express yourself and enjoy yourself during painting experience.

Focus for November: The November session we will be creating the image of a galaxy. I hope to be able to connect you to the colors that come to you and the style in which you will want to paint it - adding in your own details as we go along and support your own self in exploring what it would be like to add to the painting, deviating from the base that the instructor creates.
