About Somatic Work: This type of healing work is geared towards those looking for a personalized journey towards better understanding of your own body and how to translate the signals it is giving you. The work includes but is not limited to practices such as somatic experiencing, embodiment and attunement, guided meditations, somatic expressions of emotion, movement, breathwork and more! These are not one-size fits all and healing modalities and suggestions are proposed and decided in the moment based on real-time feedback from clients.
