About the Event: This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore loss through emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Participants will learn gentle tools to better understand their grief, reconnect with their strength, and feel supported in their healing journey. With the help of the facilitator and guides you will lean into your physical space to explore the impact grief has on the chakra system, support in building nests for comfort and self-soothing, journaling prompts for self-reflection, reiki for energy cleansing and healing, and other tools to help yourself heal. This is a small group with the intent of building a safe space to express your grief and find comfort in community rather than suffering alone. There is no right way or right thing to grieve. All types and reasons are welcome and encouraged to attend.
